Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Olib AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, launching, or using podctl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or use the application.
Scope of License
Olib AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited personal license to install and run podctl on Apple devices running macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or visionOS that you own or control. This license is subject to the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and App Store rules.
Cluster Operational Responsibility
podctl is an administrative client that facilitates direct interactions with Kubernetes clusters. You acknowledge that:
- You must have proper authorization and security credentials before connecting to any Kubernetes cluster.
- Any operation initiated in podctl (including deleting resources, modifying Helm values, executing terminal commands, scaling workloads, or executing chaos experiments) is executed directly on your clusters.
- Olib AI does not control, supervise, or store your cluster state and accepts no liability for operational downtime, data loss, misconfigurations, or service interruptions caused by actions performed through the client.
Subscriptions and Payments
podctl offers free functionality alongside premium subscription tiers for advanced capabilities. In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's billing policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing cycle within your Apple ID account settings.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to podctl, including software code, visual design, user experience layouts, icons, documentation, and registered trademarks, are the exclusive property of Olib AI. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
podctl is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Olib AI expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Olib AI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, cluster unavailability, or corruption of data, arising out of the use of podctl.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
